Basic Recreational Saltwater Fishing Regulations

This is a summary of regulations for saltwater species in Florida for personal use. It is not intended to provide specific information on commercial harvesting of these species. All measurements refer to total length unless otherwise specified. For additional information see Government links.  Please remember that a fishing license is NOT required while fishing aboard The Bolo!

Live landing and live well requirements. Harvest in Biscayne National Park & John Pennekamp State Park Prohibited.
Unlawful to harvest or posses Longspine Urchin, Hard and Fire Corals, Sea Fans, Florida Queen Conch and Bahamas Starfish.
Harvest of live rock in state waters is prohibited
